Graceful Yoga Flow 

Yoga, as I experience it, can be a doorway to deeper perception. To flow with grace is to align my efforts with the flow of Nature. The practice of physical asana, mantra, and meditation opens my awareness to see and appreciate all the beauty in this world and my place within. A deep sense of peace and freedom comes from this understanding of connection.

I teach a dance-like style of Tantric Hatha Yoga with classes and retreats worldwide. Working together we can create a personal practice using asana, mantra, and meditation to guide your process towards greater wellbeing and connection to spirit.
